Performance Audit
Clarity, structure, and performance—delivered.
Service Description
The Dual Collective Performance Audit is a 60‑minute personalised evaluation designed to identify and remove the structural and behavioural bottlenecks limiting a student or athlete’s academic, sporting, or performing arts capacity. Built as “the missing link between academics, coaching, and wellbeing,” the service provides a practical, evidence‑based framework that strengthens daily systems, optimises recovery, and replaces ineffective habits with targeted solutions. Delivered via Zoom, the audit begins with a detailed understanding of the client’s background—year level, curriculum, commitments, and personal context—followed by an exploration of their satisfaction with academics and performance, daily routines, rest, worries, and limiting habits. This phase establishes the behavioural and emotional landscape that shapes their current performance. The core of the audit involves visualising the client’s weekly timetable hour‑by‑hour. Here, we identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of control across recovery, micro‑habits, academic habits, and relationships. Strengths may include consistent sleep, structured training, active recall, or disciplined phone use; limitations may include sleep deprivation, passive scrolling, rumination, skipped meals, or toxic relationships. This analysis determines whether the bottleneck is structural (how time is allocated) or micro‑habit based (how sessions are executed). From there, the audit transitions into targeted replacement. Structural issues lead to a redesigned timetable built collaboratively. Micro‑habit issues trigger specific interventions such as optimised recovery routines, journalling protocols, academic techniques like active recall and mistake logging. Following the session, clients receive a comprehensive support package: three weekly 20‑minute check‑ins, text‑based support during set hours, and one emergency check‑in. They also walk away with a redesigned timetable or micro‑habit plan, a recovery optimisation checklist, and a summary of structural bottlenecks and solutions. All outputs are delivered in a personalised summary report.
