Service Hours

The Dual Collective operates strictly outside of compulsory New Zealand secondary school hours. Live audit consultations (via Zoom or in-person) are exclusively restricted to the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

 

The Dual Collective maintains a zero-interference policy regarding a client’s primary education. No bookings will be made available during standard school hours. We reserve a strict contractual right to immediately cancel and reschedule any booking that conflicts with a client’s compulsory schooling, tutoring, or official school-sanctioned sports commitments.

Terms and Conditions

Dual Collective provides structured advisory support in academic performance, athlete workload management, and decision-making systems. Services are educational and strategic in nature, and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or licensed coaching advice.

We offer:

No academic, sporting, or selection result is guaranteed, as progress depends on multiple factors beyond the scope of any single session.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and collected only where necessary for service delivery, communication, and tailored planning.

By booking a session, clients confirm acceptance of current Terms of Service, Privacy Conditions, and session boundaries.

We do not offer:
 

  • medical diagnosis

  • mental health treatment

  • psychotherapy

  • legal advice

  • formal school tutoring for assessed submissions

  • accredited sports coaching under a governing body framework

Refund Policy

 To maintain the quality and availability of our sessions, the following refund conditions apply:
 

1. Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no-shows.
2. Full Refund: Request submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.​

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
